Facilitating connection and healing
Center of the Earth is a creative spiritual community center that provides a place to gather, heal, learn, grow and share. Our goal is to expand our consciousness, share ideas and heal the Earth through healing ourselves. We believe in indigenous wisdom, instill a sense of community and offer a chance for personal growth through creativity. We welcome all ages, genders and encourage diversity.

Margaret G. Bear
Founder
Margaret Bear is a Musician, Poet, Songwriter, Intuitive Counselor, Reflexologist, Healing Drum Facilitator, Polarity Therapist, Shamanic Minister and Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. Bear spent most of her life in and around Atlanta. Fulfilling a life long dream to live in the mountains, she moved with her partner, the Bearoness, to Brevard in 2016.
Jennifer Snowdon
Executive Director & Guardian of the Harmonic Egg
Jennifer Snowdon serves as Executive Director of Center of the Earth and guardian of the Harmonic Egg at its Brevard location. Her journey with Center of the Earth began through her relationship with the Bearoness and Margaret Bear and grew into a deep connection with their shared vision of creating a space for expanded consciousness. She is honored to help carry forward the Bearoness’s artwork while sharing her wisdom and vision with others.
To Jennifer, Center of the Earth is, at its heart, a place of healing, connection, and acceptance—a space where people can come exactly as they are. She believes that many who walk through its doors are searching for things we all need: peace, comfort, genuine connection, and a community to be part of.
Outside of her work at Center of the Earth, Jennifer finds her greatest joy in spending time with her daughter and granddaughter, experiencing live music, being in nature, and enjoying time with her beloved dog, Bean.
Whether someone comes to Center of the Earth for a Harmonic Egg session, a gathering, an educational experience, or simply a place to connect, Jennifer hopes they leave with a deeper sense of self, a knowing that they are never alone and everything is possible.
Taylor Snowdon
Community and Operations Manager
For Taylor, Center of the Earth is a place where anyone is welcome exactly as they are - a space that invites people to expand beyond the physical and begin manifesting the future they desire.
She believes we all move through thousands of micro-interactions a day, and that walking through the doors of the Center is a step toward something deeper: meaningful connection and real conversation. When people have the space to slow down, reconnect, and be themselves, she believes they come to a deeper understanding of themselves and one another - and begin to truly embody what they wish to bring into the world.
Taylor hopes everyone who spends time here feels safe, held, and free to be exactly who they are - and that they leave knowing every possibility already lives within them, and that they are always welcome, wanted, and accepted.
Outside of work, she is a proud mama to an almost eleven-year-old daughter and three fur babies, and you'll find her weightlifting, soaking in the natural world, or listening to live music.
Her advice for anyone beginning their own journey: be playful, be authentic, and lead with your heart.
